		<description>So how did it go Graham? I can see that it&#039;s not unsurmountable, but you do need to be fit. Or, if you can finish this is in a good tempo, then this exercise would quite proof that you are indeed fit.

I wouldn&#039;t be able to do it right now. I&#039;m coming out of a spell of being unfit (bad food, no exercise kind-of-thing). I&#039;m working on it though, and I feel I&#039;m making progress fast. I will let you know when I will decide to have a go at the 300.
