There was a fire at the first house my parents built when I was four years old.  All that happened was I lost my favorite stuffed animal puppy with big floppy ears due to soot damage.  These people lost their ENTIRE home.  

Regardless of how devastating this was, your audio company, again, is very connected, which makes for thorough reporting that is emotional as well.
