Blogging With Quicksilver And AppleScript

gets more powerful everyday. I make it a point to learn something new about it almost daily. And it never ceases to surprise me with it’s power.

And I can say the same with . Anything I do repeatedly, I see if I can script it. And when I combine AppleScript with Quicksilver… I feel like I can save the cheerleader and save the world.

So right now I’m blogging this from Quicksilver using Applescript. I can even set categories now. With an auto excerpt plugin and the use of embedded tags, I’m all set.

I’m not giving up as my blog editor. Not even close. But it’s nice to have even less my blogging be even more frictionless.

I’ll be dreaming code tonight.

Any chance of you podcasting, like a training tutorial, your stuff?

There really are pearls here, in your integral/spiritual takes on tech hacks.

  2. I’d really love to if you’ll help me with the direction. Tell me what you want to know specifically and I’ll do it.
