From Scientology nearly ready to unveil Super Power via Boing Boing:
Super Power uses machines, apparatus and specially designed rooms to exercise and enhance a person’s so-called perceptics. Those machines include an antigravity simulator and a gyroscope-like apparatus that spins a person around while blindfolded to improve perception of compass direction, said the former Scientologists.
I have read both Dianetics and Scientology and I’m not crazy about Scientology but this actually makes subtle energy sense. Especially the gyroscope.
Try this, stand up and pick a spot to focus on in front of you. Then close your eyes and try to turn 360 degrees so that you end up facing the same spot. Do this slowly. It’s really not easy to do. But what if was?
The only reason I ever tried this was because I wanted to exercise my subtle body awareness. Why, you ask? Because I’m training to be a Ninja and need to be able to kill with my eyes closed and feel whenever an enemy is approaching…
I mean, there’s a whole ILP to be developed around Hubbard’s list of 57 perceptics. Of course, I have no idea what the hell some of them are:

This program run by The Church of Scientology is yet another example of large groups of people speeding up their levels of conciousness and perception. Completely on par with our transformation to a 5th dimentional reality of being, Scientologists are even including machines that affect ones sense of balance to enhance communication with the higher self and guidance. We are in perfect harmony with L. Ron Hubbard’s list of 57 perceptics listed in this article. Most members of this human race have not yet been awakened to the possibility of using the unseen forces of the universe as both a compass and barometer for perception and direction. The Church of Scientology will continue to grow tremendously over the next three years as the general population shifts it’s view to a new way of being in the present, openly ready to release past views of personal powerlessness.
Although I am not a member of the church Of Scientology, as a channel and clairvoyant, I do see the majority of their pricipals to be in line with a higher level of thinking where promoting self-awareness, deepening self-perception, and increasing self-esteem are the primary objective toward manifestation.

Thanks for your comments, helane. I just subscribed to your blog.
Truly, practices like this could have a great affect on the the center of gravity of the world’s consciousness.
I would love to attend their training if I didn’t have to become a Scientologist. Maybe it’ll be open to the public?
