This word cloud comes from the Bob Dylan album, Blood on the Tracks.
It’s the top 100 words used throughout the album and set to the same colors as the album cover. Large version is here.
The story: I regularly analyze Bob Dylan’s lyrics and thought it would be a cool exercise to see what words he uses most often. It helps to get in the mind of the writer.

Hi Graham–I find your Bob Dylan word clouds fascinating. I’ve been a Dylan fan for…hhmmmm….(gosh, am I THAT old!!)…for 30 years. I was obsessed with Dylan’s lyirics when I was in my late teens and twenties. Have you ever put all of these word clouds together and made ONE word cloud that would give us Dylan’s ultimate Top 100 words of ALL his albums?
Just a thought.
Thanks for sharing these mind-bogglingly-interesting word clouds.
Warm Regards,
Bhakti

I tried to create a comprehensive word cloud but didn’t have good results. It ends up being really watered down with words like “like.”
