Sensory Acuity Exercises: Olfactory/Gustatory Acuity

During your morning meal, eat as you would normally, noticing what you see, hear, feel, taste, and smell. Which sensory experiences are richer for you?

See if you can find other ways to sharpen your olfactory and gustatory acuity.
