Fantastic Music Theory Resource

Dolmetsch online has made significant contributions to the world of early music. They also host a serious online music dictionary and composers biography. I especially like their 1000+ scales and practical guide to composition. Check it out.

    Graham,
One problem w/ the Resource: The site doesn’t support Safari. I sometimes use Firefox, but it slows the machine down…FYI
    Peace,

  2. Yeah, I’m a Safari user too. But I use Firefox for specific purposes so I have it open a lot. It’s definitely not a good idea to alienate any browser. Especially Safari when you’re targeting musicians. A very large percentage of the music community uses Macs.

But I don’t have a problem with Firefox slowing my machine down at all. I wonder what’s up with that?

  4. You’re trying to buy an Akai EWI? Sorry, can’t help you. Check eBay or Craig’s list. I’ve always wanted one myself. Good luck. :)
