BTW, it’s strange that I haven’t posted about fitness until now. Or is it?
The reason I say it’s strange is because it’s such a big part of my life. I have a dedicated and disciplined diet and exercise practice. But of course, it’s primarily a practice of the body. So it makes sense that I wouldn’t necessarily write about health and fitness. It’s more about doing than thinking.
But of course it’s not entirely a bodily practice and bringing the mind into the picture is integrative. So I’ll probably post more on the subject in the future.
For now, if you’re a man, go check their feed.
