You need to read this BoingBoing article because it’s important as a musician to understand the values of the RIAA. I’ll leave it up to you to decide if you share these values… or not.
This is one of those lists that can piss you off! I’d say that it’s a lot more than embarrassing. It’s down right unethical.

Great point. So refreshing to see people speak out that “get it.”
Why Boycott? The RIAA is a professional lobby organization of recording labels of which five labels control 90% of the music distributed in the US. In 1999 these so called “protectors” of the music industry and musicians released only 2600 CDs.
