In Boulder, I used to the ride the bus every morning to my job with an older gentlemen named Charles. I tell you this because I was happy to see his story go viral in a video yesterday.
Boing Boing posted an article summarizing Jakob Nielsen’s findings that web-headlines benefit from the use of the passive voice.
I won’t say much because I didn’t know him. But I knew his legend. His good friend and world-class copywriter, John Carlton, says it best.
